Regular Seminars and Workshops are being conducted by IIJMC to enhance the inner talent and bring forth the different skills of IIJMC students into limelight and outburst their creativity into the right direction of media.

Recently conducted Seminars and Workshops:-

1. Workshop on Crime Reporting :- A Workshop was held on 20th January 2009 on Crime Reporting in Media. Mr. Ambika Dutt Mishra (Chief Co-ordinator of News in SWATANTRA BHARAT ) and Mr. Sudhir Mishra (Senior Crime Reporter in HINDUSTAN) were the chief guests.
