1. All students are required to take out the shoes before entering the studio building.
2. No smoking or eatables are allowed inside the class, studio, editing,or control rooms. Any student found under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the campus or outdoor location shooting shall be liable to expulsion.
3. Students are forbidden to take their friends or relatives inside the studio without due permission of the administration
LIBRARY
Students are entitled to use I.I.J.M.C Library for their wider intellectual interests. For the specific interest as students of media library has a collection of books, journals, films, video cassettes, and audio cassettes, stock-shots and press clippings. It caters to the academic as well as production needs of the students and the producers.
Books can be borrowed from the library but failure to return them after the prescribed time if late, will incur a fine. Rest of the articles cannot be taken out of the premises of the Institute and should be returned to the library the same day after being used. If student looses any library material (printed, audio or video cassettes) the cost of the same will be borne by the concerned student.
CANTEEN
A separate canteen has been provided for the students of Institute. It will serve tea, coffee, cold drink, snacks, and lunch etc., and the charges must be paid for in cash at the time of purchase.
Any infringement of this regulation will be reported to the authorities and deterrent action will be taken.
It will be the responsibility of the students and canteen staff to maintain it clean.
Any complaint from the students regarding the quality and services will be promptly attended to.
RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION
The Institute does not have separate hostel facilities. However the institute shall help in finding accommodation for both male and female students.
However the students are free to find their own accommodation.
